About Me:

How do you turn complex data into clear decisions? That’s the challenge I tackle every day as a senior analytics leader.

I’ve spent 10+ years working across data, analytics, measurement, and business decision support. Along the way, I’ve built analytics teams and scalable decision-making systems across SaaS, e-commerce, and marketplace businesses. My work spans executive decision support, forecasting, attribution, incrementality, funnel analysis, self-serve analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.

At ClickUp, I lead analytics work across growth, marketing, and finance, helping teams understand what is driving performance, where to invest next, and how to make better decisions faster. Previously at Angi, I led analytics supporting $500M+ in annual marketing revenue.

My career started with a technical foundation in programming, tracking, and digital marketing, which still shapes how I lead today. I like staying close to the details, but my real focus is building teams, systems, and frameworks that help businesses turn ambiguity into action.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing hockey or hiking Colorado trails with my wife and our golden retriever, Buddy.

Senior Director of Analytics, Marketing & Finance Analytics

ClickUp

Lead Marketing and Finance Analytics, overseeing acquisition measurement, ARR reporting, pacing and forecasting, pricing analytics, and executive decision support for a business growing 30%+ YoY and operating at roughly $80M+ in annualized marketing spend.

  • Partner closely with Product Growth and Data teams to connect business context, product behavior, and analytics decision-making across acquisition, lifecycle, and the broader self-serve business.
  • Built marketing semantic layers in HEX, enabling performance marketers to self-serve analysis through natural language on core datasets and accelerate hypothesis generation, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader, setting direction while staying close to complex, high-priority work across measurement, forecasting, funnel analysis, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Support the development of automated analytics capabilities, helping lay the foundation for AI-enabled and agentic workflows that reduce manual reporting burden and improve decision speed.

Director of Analytics, Growth

ClickUp

Led a data analytics team supporting growth across marketing, product, email, and lifecycle, improving decision-making around more than $60M+ in annual marketing investment.

  • Built ClickUp’s company-wide attribution model from scratch, reducing the attribution gap from 50% to under 10% and improving valuation of upper-funnel channels for budget and performance decisions.
  • Drove a 63% reduction in 90-day CAC, from $1,468 to $540, and helped generate $300K+ in monthly savings through incrementality-driven channel reallocation and budget optimization.
  • Worked across product and marketing datasets using Segment event streams, Amplitude, and user/workspace-level conversion modeling to connect acquisition, activation, retention, and paid conversion outcomes.
  • Partnered with Data Science, Engineering, and Finance teams to develop predicted and forecasted lifetime value metrics and reporting pipelines used for planning, pacing, and performance management.
  • Implemented geolift incrementality testing and launched a Marketing Mix Model using Meta’s Robyn.
  • Built and maintained scalable Snowflake and dbt data models and delivered self-serve reporting and decision support in Tableau and HEX.
  • Built and scaled ClickUp’s U.S.-based Marketing Analytics team and was instrumental in standing up the India Analytics function, shaping early hiring and org design as the team expanded to 6+ analysts.

  • Led a team of data analysts that provided analytical support for online and offline marketing channels that generated over $500 million in revenue. Marketing channels: Search, App, Email, TV, Affiliate, Social, and Display.
  • Worked directly with the Chief Data Officer, VPs in Marketing, and the Chief Marketing Officer to provide insights that improved ROI and customer retention.
  • Collaborated with Product, Data Science, BI and Data Engineering teams on data collection processes, data quality, tracking, and reporting.
  • Owned the prioritization process for the entire data org for marketing projects.
  • Led the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) vendor procurement effort to help inform optimal budget allocation and value upper funnel channels like TV and Social.
  • Interfaced with Finance teams on performance and aid in forecasting.

  • Managed a team of business analysts who provided technical analytical support for marketing channels (SEM, Display, App, Email, Social, Affiliate, and TV).
  • Worked directly with the VP of Digital Marketing, Category Managers, and the CMO to provide reporting and marketing insights in order to hit financial targets.
  • Presented weekly to executives on KPIs for all digital marketing channels.
  • Collaborated with Product and BI teams on ETL processes, tracking, and reporting.
  • Iterated on LTV models and measured incrementality to inform customer acquisition strategies and increase free repeat use.
  • Interface with Finance teams on performance and aid in forecasting.

  • Managed a team of business analysts who provide support for marketing.
  • Wrote custom SQL to create reporting to improve financial KPIs (ROI, LTV, etc.).
  • Visualized data via Tableau, Looker, and Excel to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborated with Product and BI teams on ETL processes, tracking, and reporting.
  • Designed and ran tests (A/B, Pre/Post, Test vs. Forecast) for optimization of KPIs.

  • Responsible for managing SEM strategies for clients, implementing tracking code, and tracking Google Analytics events and goals via Google Tag Manager.
  • Automated processes by creating custom reports for clients using Excel, Google Sheets , SuperMetrics, and automating Google Ads via scripts.
  • Integrated applications ( Airtable, Zapier, Slack , etc.) using APIs and a custom PHP script to complete process improvements for the company.
  • Developed customized Google Apps Scripts:
    • 1) SEO tool to find website cruft called the Cruft Finder .
